“Happy Ours” is just steps away from South Beach and has striking ocean vistas and sunsets! The home has been completely modernized and professionally decorated. The main living area has a well-outfitted, gourmet kitchen with a dining area leading into a marvelous screen porch with a 2nd outdoor dining area. The main living area is adjoined by a separate bar area with constructed in wine cooler. Adjacent to the bar is a comfortable den with a pull-out couch for additional sleeping.
This floor also has a queen master suite, another full bath, and a cavernous laundry/mudroom with tons of space! The laundry area has access to a back porch with a constructed-in grilling station.
The 2nd master queen suite is upstairs with a sizable master bath including a garden tub and double sinks. Just around the corner is a half bath and another bedroom with 2 constructed in twin beds for the kiddos!
