Escape to the Sea in our 4th-floor oceanfront condo unit featuring two bedrooms and two baths. Appreciate the heart of Carolina Beach at Cabana De Mar with private top-floor ocean vistas from your own balcony. French doors, beadboard ceiling, nautical colors, and island furnishings will have you on island time at Cabana 408.

Ground Level:
Our building has security cameras monitoring the parking lot and pool.

Gated parking lot entry. First come, first serve covered parking under the building with an overflow lot across the street. Elevator access. Pool (In Season) and Beach Access.

Property Level:

Hallway to Living room with ocean front glass wall & sliding doors to balcony. Upholstered Full size sleeper couch and dining table for four.

Primary Bedroom Suite with queen size bed, intelligent TV, and ensuite bathroom with vanity and walk-in shower.

Kids Guest bedroom with two Twin over Twin bunk beds beds and TV. Ensuite bathroom with vanity and walk-in shower.

Entirely equipped kitchen with refrigerator and range, TV. *No dishwasher in this unit. Washer and dryer closet.

Hard Key entry.

Parking: 2 car Max. Paper passes are to be hung on the rearview mirror of the car. If pass is not displayed, owner may be fined, and automobile may be booted or towed at owner's expense.

Rental Policies:

In response to increased incidence of credit card fraud, a valid government photo ID will be required for every reservation. A signed rental agreement is required: accepting House Rules on any online travel agency requires reading and acceptance of our rental agreement.

Arrival/Departure:

Summer Check-ins (June-August) begin at 4pm and are guaranteed by 6pm

Off Season Check-ins begin at 3pm and are guaranteed by 5pm

Check out is by 10 AM.

We adhere to this policy so please do not arrive early or plan to delay your departure.

Cancellation Policy:

- Free cancellation within 48 hours of booking

- After 48 hours of booking and more than 60 days out from arrival, a full refund will be processed less a $300 cancellation fee

- After 48 hours of booking and within 60 days of arrival, there will be no refund processed unless the dates are re-rented. If premises are re-rented, a refund will be processed less a $300 cancellation fee.

Stroll through the marsh to visit the home of the famed Ft. Fisher Hermit.   • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in Carolina Beach. Reserving a rental home in the Spring or Fall is a great way to save money on your vacation home. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of acceptable properties. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to book a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the Summer. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Brunswick area vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with family and friends at the beach.
  • In the Brunswick area area, The sooner your group can reserve a vacation home, the better your selection will be. The best vacation homes are reserved very early. Reserving your rental home up to twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to search for and reserve your rental property.
