Summary:
This beachfront roomy triplex is located just a short 15 min. walk from the boardwalk and marina. This home features 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, wood floors, a huge eat in kitchen, a private deck, and a shared fenced in yard for the just the 3 units. The ocean facing living area provides pretty vistas and plenty of space to comfortably host all of your guests. Additionally, for your convenience, there is private beach access for the three units, a grille, and an outdoor shower.

The is a Home with three completely separate units in it. This rental is the middle unit.

Other Things to Note:
We also supply the following for each property:
A starter kit of one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, a trash bag, and dish soap. We also supply laundered bed linens, comforters, and 1 bathing towel and wash cloth per person. We do not supply any beach gear or beach towel. We have great rental companies on the island we would be more than happy to share the info with you. We also do not supply laundry detergent, body soap or shampoo/conditioner as we find everybody has their own preferences for these =) Please review our home rules prior to your stay

Getting the most from your budget:

  • The sooner you can book, the better your selection will be. The best properties are reserved very early. Booking your rental up to twelve months before your vacation is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to plan and reserve your rental property.
  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in Carolina Beach. Reserve your Brunswick area rental home in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons to enjoy warm weather while saving money and avoiding crowded roads, restaurants, and activities.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective vacation rental company or host whether your vacationing group qualifies for a price reduction or discount.
  • Booking websites usually offer customers an option to add trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which will generally cost between 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed time as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or additional fuel expenses. Trip insurance can be a a bank account-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your property manager for specifics.

  • Specific information about bedrooms and bed sizes & counts is often available online. If you don't see them listed, email or call the host before booking the property. Note that most property listings specify the max. guest capacity, which frequently includes pull out couches in living rooms.
  • If your family is bringing pets, you will need a pet-friendly property. Request information on breed, weight, and type requirements. Note that some hosts charge additional pet fees.
  • Visiting for a single event? Try a map search to locate nearby rentals.
  • Proper accessibility amenities can make or break a vacation for persons with disabilities. Confirm all required amenities are available and included before booking.

Advice for your stay:

  • Review arrival and departure procedures before traveling. Take a printed copy, and save the instructions to your smartphone.

  • Don't forget to... Ask a local! Local residents can typically help. Who better to ask where to grab the best tacos, have a great night out, or the best spots for shopping?
  • Double-check the vacation property to make sure that you've packed all of your belongings at check-out. Check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Record a video to document the condition of the property.
  • After your trip, leave feedback! Property managers rely on great reviews to propel future reservations. They'll be grateful for your review.
