This pretty oceanfront home has a new crofter that will accommodate the 5th Bedroom and loft! |New kitchen with granite, new cabinets, new baths, hard wood floor, and all bathrooms upgraded with all new materials, new carpet throughout & more!

Stunning ocean vistas of South Beach and sunsets with the sound of crashing waves will invite you to stay at the Hartshorn House. Great for Families with kids. . Private beach access. Sensational wall of glass doors overlooks ocean. Great screened-in porch. Pretty ceramic tile in living and dining areas downstairs. Generous living area.

Master has a King bed, private deck. Guest rooms have: 2 twins and 1 Queen bed. 1 Bunk bed . 1 Queen - In new Crofter plus tent size loft great for kids (2 twins in loft) Sleeps 10 total.

Three 4-passenger golf carts. We do not maintain or advertise bicycles at the home, you may rent bicycles at Riverside Adventure or Coastal Urge on the Island. A BHI Club Membership is available but not included. 3 Day Stay stays off season are available, please inquire for details and prices. Taxes are not supplied, and are an additional 12.75%

Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with loved ones at your favorite beach.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner or host if your vacationing group qualifies for a price reduction.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners frequently offer guests an option to buy vacation insurance protection.   • Record a video to document the condition of the property.
  • Remember to leave a review! Property managers rely on good reviews to drive more reservations. They'll be grateful for your review. Alternatively, if something went wrong, other vacationers will will be grateful for your feedback and help them have the best future vacation. Remember to be objective.
