Summary:
Just three blocks to the boardwalk and ocean, this 1759 sqft. 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath townhome on a corner lot is the slice of heaven that you were looking for. It features a one-car garage and 3 bedrooms on the first floor. From there you can head on up to the combined living and dining room that leads into a alluring cavernous open kitchen. Off of the kitchen, you will find a roomy covered deck to spend those calming beach evenings.

The Space:
On this floor, you will also find the laundry room and access to the primary bedroom! This town home is close to all of the fun Carolina Beach action.

Other Things to Note:
We also supply the following for each property:
A starter kit of one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, a trash bag, and dish soap. We also supply laundered bed linens, comforters, and 1 bathing towel and wash cloth per person. We do not supply any beach gear or beach towel. We have great rental companies on the island we would be more than happy to share the info with you. We also do not supply laundry detergent, body soap or shampoo/conditioner as we find everybody has their own preferences for these =) Please review our home rules prior to your stay

Get the best value:

• Reserve your vacation home as soon as possible. Rental schedules often open 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many groups book their Summer vacation rentals during Christmas and Thanksgiving get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
• Summertime is the most expensive season in coastal NC. To book the largest rental for your budget, we strongly suggest booking in the Spring or Fall. You'll enjoy lower rental rates, greater selection, warm weather and the absence of large crowds at your favorite Brunswick area restaurants and activities. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Brunswick area vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with loved ones at the beach.
• Hosts sometimes offer promotional rates for veterans and active duty military. Ask your host or property manager if special offers are available for your family.
• Property management companies typically offer their guests an option to obtain vacation insurance protection. Considerations for your stay:

• Review arrival and departure procedures before traveling. Add a note with the directions to your smartphone, and take a printed backup.
• Property managers are great sources of help! Don't be shy to ask questions during your stay.
• Protect the owner (and your things!) by locking and securing the home when you are away, just like you would at home.

• Don't forget to... Ask a local! Local residents can usually help. Who better to ask where to find the best seashells, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for fine dining?
• On check-out day, take a walk-through to make sure you haven't forget any personal items. Remember to check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden belongings. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
• Go through the property one final time and look for damages to contents or the property itself. We advise inspecting the property with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the host is not available, remember to take video of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
