- Outdoor/Open Air Shower for cleaning off the sand from the beach day.
- Pet friendly: A max. of 2 medium dogs are allowed. The pet fee is $250 for the first pet, 2nd pet fee is $100. Please ask about the pet policy!
- The pool is open from May 1 - September 15. (roughly, weather dependent) The pool is closed when it is dark outside (there are no lights in the pool or pool area) - this is per the health department.

When to book & When to go:

• In the Brunswick area area, The earlier you can reserve a home, the easier your search will be. The best properties are reserved early. Reserving your rental up to 12 months before your vacation is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to plan and reserve your rental property.
• June, July, and August are high season in the Brunswick area area. Reserve your vacation home in Fall or Spring months to get the benefit of warm weather while saving money and avoiding crowds. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to book a beach front rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the Summer.
• Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner if your vacationing group qualifies for a discount.
• Management companies and individual rental owners often offer renters an option to obtain trip insurance. Trip insurance, which will generally cost between 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed days as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or additional fuel expenses. • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Locals can often help you find exactly what you're looking for. Who better to ask where to rent beach equipment, have a great night out, or the best spots for shopping?
• Upon check-out, complete a final walk-through to make sure you haven't leave anything behind. Check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
• Walk through the property a final time and look for any damage. We suggest walking through with the host whenever possible. If the manager isn't available, take photos of the property to record its condition at check-out.
• Did your family have a great vacation? Most rental management companies make it easy for travelers to provide reviews. If your property and/or property manager was wonderful, they will likely appreciate your kind words. If anything was out of order and they failed to fix it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make it a point as part of your review.
