The kitchen is supplied with cookware and serve ware to make meal prep a breeze. Unwind in the great room and take in the golf course view while watching TV (Roku/Intelligent TV for streaming services using your own accounts) or unwinding after a day of activity. There are 3 swivel chairs with footrests, a comfortable couch with sleeper bed, sizable screen TV and ceiling fans for cozy calming. A modest outdoor deck is accessible from the great room to take in the sea breeze and expansive natural vistas of the fairway and coastal woods.

The front bedroom has 2 double beds, ceiling fan and an adjoining bath also accessible from the common area entry hallway. There is a laundry closet with stackable washer/dryer in the entry hall.
