Beachfront bliss can be found at this immaculate and modern 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom coastal bungalow on Oak Island! It's been completely remodeled with extravagant high-end finishes throughout and features expansive ocean vistas from the living area, kitchen, and constructed-in dining space. One of the best parts is you'll be able to savor direct access to the sandy shore down your own private boardwalk — which has an outdoor shower to conveniently rinse off between beach visits. And, there's even an additional outside patio under the home with wooden floor, a picnic table, rocking chars, and a second outdoor shower!

Between the ocean vistas and pretty interior design, you'll immediately be blown away as soon as you walk through the front door! Its bright, airy, and the open floor plan takes full advantage of the view. The living area features a comfortable sectional couch, additional chairs, and a huge flatscreen TV. The massive kitchen island elegantly anchors the space that's highlighted with touches of deep-sea blue and gold accents. There are brand new stainless steel appliances, a constructed-in wine refrigerator, a microwave drawer, and literally everything you will need to prepare a meal during your stay. When you're ready for a bite to eat, the amazing constructed-in dining space has a blend of regular and bench seating.

Down the hallway is where you'll find all 4 of the bedrooms, each blending modern coastal elegance and minimalist design together. Truly beautiful spaces to relax, relax, and recharge for everybody! Two of the four bedrooms feature king-size beds, making it the ideal place for multiple families, couples, and multi-generational groups. It gets even better — the third bedroom features 2 queen-sized beds, while the fourth bedroom has a bunk bed with a twin on top / double on the bottom and a standalone twin.

Both bathrooms are only steps away from the bedrooms, and wow, no expense was spared in the renovations! The first bathroom has a deep blue double vanity and a massive walk-in shower. The second has a double vanity and a lavish tub/shower combination.

Tips to get the best Brunswick area rental home experience:

Finding your best deal:

  • Book your Brunswick area vacation home in the Spring or Fall to enjoy gorgeous weather while saving money and avoiding crowded roads, restaurants, and activities. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to book a beach front rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the Summer.
  • Reserve your rental as early as possible. Rental schedules generally open 12 months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups book their Summer vacation rentals during Christmas and Thanksgiving gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Some owners offer rate reductions for veterans. Make sure to check with your property manager to see if rate reductions are available for your group before you book.
  • Property managers usually offer their guests an option to add trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which commonly costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed days as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel or extra fuel expenses. Trip insurance can be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your property manager for program terms and fees.
  • Look for your local Brunswick area area magazine when you arrive at the rental property. If your rental property doesn't have a copy, you can find them at local grocery stores and visitor centers. In addition to great local articles, travel guide magazines contain money saving offers on local attractions, tours, restaurants, and shops.

Selecting and booking yourrental:

  • Begin by selecting vacation dates and a max budget.
  • Determine how many bedrooms and what type of bedroom configuration your family requires. Renovated Beachfront Bliss w\/ Private Boardwalk & High-End Amenities has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. If you need a larger or smaller rental, use our rental home search.
  • Specific descriptions of bedrooms and bed counts is usually available online. If not, call the property management company before you reserve the home. Note that most listings specify the max. guest capacity, which usually includes sofa beds in living rooms.
  • If there's a particular Brunswick area beach you crave, browse properties that are either nearby, or those that cater to your needs.
  • Suitable accessibility can make or ruin a vacation for the less-mobile. Remember to confirm all necessary amenities are included before booking
  • If your family is vacationing with pets, you'll need to search for a pet-friendly vacation rental. Make sure to ask for specifics on breed, size, and type requirements. Usually, hosts charge additional pet fees.

More tips for your stay:

  • Get the property manager's phone number and check in/check out procedures for your rental home.
  • To make certain damages are not linked to your stay, inspect the rental for any problem areas during arrival. Make contact with the property manager right away to record your findings. If there is a dispute about who is responsible, having the recorded issues and contact attempts will be valuable.
  • Ask questions. You may want instructions for a garage door opener, elevator or washer/dryer. Contact your owner. They are there to help! A brief phone call prevents lots of issues.
  • Respecting late-night quiet hours and parking rules can make a stay significantly more pleasurable. You will magnify your chance to make local friends, and resident neighbors can be an incredible resource to find the best local spots.
  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local! Residents can typically help you find exactly what you're looking for. Who better to ask where to spend a rainy day, have a great night out, or the best spots for fishing?
  • Ensure you protect the property owner (and your stuff!) by locking the property while you are away, just like you would back home.
  • Don't leave anything behind! Just before you drive away, walk through the property to confirm you've collected all personal belongings. Remember to check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden items. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Go through the rental one final time and scan for damage. We suggest inspecting the property with the property manager whenever possible. If the host isn't available, remember to take photographs of the rental to record its condition.
  • Did your group have a wonderful time? Many rental home management companies make it easy for travelers to provide feedback. If your rental and/or host was terrific, they would love to hear about it. If anything was defective and they failed to fix it within reason, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make it a point as part of your comments.

Victory Beach Vacations

Visitors who are on the hunt for the postcard-perfect vacation rental in the heart of the Carolina Beach or Kure Beach area will find an enticing selection and plenty of friendly customer service when they rent through Victory Beach Vacations. Based in Carolina Beach in the coastal Cape Fear region, Victory Beach Vacations has more than 100 vacation rentals in all shapes and sizes to ensure that every vacationing family can find their dream home away from home on the beach.   When you book your Cape Fear getaway with Victory Beach Vacations, the fun doesn’t end when you leave the beach, it continues with an array of privately-owned properties outfitted with all of the amenities needed for a fabulous beach vacation.   Jenna Lanier, General Manager, explains that her family first opened the rental and property management business in 2002. At the forefront of Victory Beach operations is Lanier’s mother, Caroline Meeks. Meeks is both the Broker in Charge and co-owner with husband, Buck Meeks, who manages the Field Services team with Lanier’s husband, Scott.   For nearly 20 years, the Victory Beach team has worked tirelessly to establish a network of top-of-the-line rental properties for Cape Fear visitors to enjoy. “As far as our properties go,” explains Lanier, “they are all updated, well-furnished and appointed. “We have always performed post-cleaning inspections and since the pandemic, have put freshly laundered duvets over all of the comforters between rentals.”   Lanier emphasizes how important the guests experience is “we strive to give our guests a relaxing, stress free, memorable vacation.” This emphasis on customer service has led to Victory Beach Vacations having a 4.8 Google rating with over 300 reviews by happy owners and guests. In addition to Victory Beach’s superior sanitation practices, the company offers properties for every type of visitor. Choose from luxury oceanfront houses and condos to more reasonbly priced 2nd row properties with oceanviews. Many properties include pools and hot tubs as well, perfect for outdoor entertaining, and many are dog friendly.   Lanier also notes that all properties are within walking or driving distance to Pleasure Island’s main attractions – Carolina Beach and Kure Beach. The former, as described by Lanier, is the more commercialized of the two destinations and features a boardwalk, outdoor dining options and a plethora of weekly activities including fireworks, live music, amusement park pop-ups, and movies under the stars. Kure Beach offers a more residential feel with its fishing pier, intimate restaurants and family favorite, North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher.More water fun awaits, too. “There is a harbor and a canal that feed into the intercoastal. We have several properties on the harbor so guests can bring their boat, kayak, [or jet ski] and travel between islands,” says Lanier.   A stay with Victory Beach Vacations is an annual pilgrimage for most. “A large percentage of guests are previous guests. Some even reserve the same property for the next year as they’re checking out,” Lanier says. “It’s almost like it’s their personal vacation home.”   Even before guests arrive at their vacation destination, the Victory Beach Vacations’ website greets them with a live beach cam and exquisite aerial footage of both Carolina and Kure Beaches.
