One of the best parts is you'll be able to appreciate direct access to the sandy shore down your own private boardwalk — which has an outdoor shower to conveniently rinse off between beach visits. And, there's even an additional outside patio under the home with wooden floor, a picnic table, rocking chars, and a second outdoor shower!

Between the ocean vistas and charming interior design, you'll immediately be blown away as soon as you walk through the front door! Its bright, airy, and the open floor plan takes full advantage of the view. The living area features a comfortable sectional couch, additional chairs, and a huge flatscreen TV. The massive kitchen island gorgeously anchors the space that's highlighted with touches of deep-sea blue and gold accents. There are brand new stainless steel appliances, a constructed-in wine refrigerator, a microwave drawer, and literally everything you will need to prepare a meal during your stay. When you're ready for a bite to eat, the amazing constructed-in dining space has a blend of regular and bench seating.

Down the hallway is where you'll find all 4 of the bedrooms, each blending modern coastal elegance and minimalist design together. Truly pretty spaces to relax, relax, and recharge for everybody! Two of the four bedrooms feature king-size beds, making it the ideal place for multiple families, couples, and multi-generational groups. We know you want to relax without stopping at the store when you get to the island. To get you started, we provide a welcome kit that includes trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher pod, washing machine pod, dishwashing soap, hand soap at every sink, bath soap, and shampoo/conditioner.

As you will find when selecting dates on the calendar, there are minimum stay requirements based on the season. There is a 7 nighttime minimum with a mandatory Saturday to Saturday rental pattern in the peak summer months, and there is more flexibility in the slower seasons.
