The pool is located in the side yard under the open sky, and is adjacent to an under the home, open living area with an striking grilling station, modern "L" shaped couch, dining table, hammock and much, much more. The home sits on a delightfully landscaped, upsized corner lot, one block directly across from the public beach access at one of the widest, most handsome beach locations on the island. All 4 bedrooms offer striking vistas of the Atlantic Ocean, and every window in the home provides a natural water view. The interior has been professionally decorated and modernized with brand new bedroom furnishings, top of the line sizable flat panel TVs and 150 Mbps fiber optic high speed internet broadband. One adult bicycle and two sit-on-top kayaks are also supplied.

TIKI THEMED POOL AND ENTERTAINMENT AREA - WHERE EVERYDAY'S AN OIB LUAU!
The pool area was designed to be the ultimate entertainment area. The 12 X 24 fiberglass salt water pool is rectangular with side entry steps and hand rail, and features an underwater seating bench with two underwater multi-colored LED lights. The pool can be heated for an additional fee and is professionally maintained, located on the side of the home under the open sky, and the entire back and side yard has been fenced in to create an open, backyard play area with gorgeous canal vistas and ample shaded space under the home, ideal for calming outdoors, grilling, eating or playing games. The “under the home recreational/living area” features a covered sitting area with modern "L" shaped outdoor couch, coffee table, patio dining table with 6 chairs, enclosed outside hot and cold shower, outdoor gas grilling station with paver walkway, hammock and Bimini hook and ring toss game. Outside by the pool there are four chaise lounge chairs, ideal for soaking up the sun or relaxing under the stars, and (coming soon) outdoor lighting with string lights and spot lights on the charming palm trees. The additional side yard is the ideal place for kids to play. The entire outdoor area serves as a second living area for guests of all ages to spread out, socialize, relax, play and savor. The home backs up to a concrete canal, offering ocean, canal and marsh vistas and has a huge, stable boat dock with ramp, boat cleats and ladder. Having ocean, canal and marsh vistas all in one home is really unique, and if you bring your jet ski or boat, the canal connects with the Intracoastal Waterway, or you might also appreciate kayaking or paddle boarding up and down the canals.

There is also a patio table with 6 chairs. The deck is accessed from the kitchen and living room area, and the canal vistas are definitely spectacular. Savor coffee on the deck before everybody wakes up, a sunset drink or share a family meal. The back deck provides another useful space and beautiful living area outdoors! You will enjoy watching the sky change colors as the sun sets over the canal from this deck!

OPEN MAIN LEVEL LIVING AREA WITH TWO BEDROOMS
The first floor features a sizable, open floor plan with vaulted ceilings and huge palladium windows. The living room offers modern furnishings including one additional sizable couch, one huge, queen sleeper couch and a loveseat (new in 2019), a enormous 65" 4K flat screen TV and a Blu-ray player. Suspended from the ceiling, a huge, slow-moving double ceiling fan creates a relaxing, tropical vibe. The kitchen is completely equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and a bar area for additional seating. The sizable dining table seats 8, with additional seating at the bar, there is also seating on the upsized back deck overlooking the canal. It’s absolutely handsome dining outside, watching the beautiful sky as the sun sets over the canal on our south facing island. There is a laundry closet with enormous washing machine and dryer, two bedrooms and one full bath on the first floor. One bedroom has a queen bed, ceiling fan, large 55" 4K flat panel TV, ocean view and private balcony with two chairs, ideal for watching the sunrise over the Atlantic Ocean. The second downstairs bedroom has a queen bed and a murphy wall bed system that can conveniently be converted to twin bunk beds, ceiling fan, large 43" 4K flat panel T.V., ocean view and large palladium window.

UPSTAIRS - TWO KING BED MASTER SUITES WITH OCEAN VIEWS
The second floor features two bedrooms that are master suites with king beds and private bathrooms. The main master bedroom has a king bed, large 60" 1080P flat panel TV, tray ceiling, ceiling fan, ocean view and private balcony with two chairs, overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, ideal for appreciating coffee while watching the morning sunrise. I take proactive measures for the health and safety of your guests and myself by implementing additional sanitizing practices in the bathrooms, sanitizing handles and door knobs throughout the home, light switches, TV remotes, chairs, the refrigerator including the handle that opens the door, sliding glass doors, handles, handrails, just to name a few. Most of my cleaning products are Clorox based which readily eliminate existing germs from surfaces. I am very vigilant, so you can assure your guests the home is thoroughly cleaned.”
