Let's talk about location! This gem is located on the peaceful street of Cape Fear Trail right where South Beach and West Beach meet. Not only does our private boardwalk lead you to miles of unspoiled beaches, but we also have a private pool plus hot tub right in our own backyard! There is really no need to leave this ideal vacation spot. The main living area is roomy including a living room, sunroom (tons of seating areas!), dining area and upsized, well supplied kitchen! Appreciate the colorful sunsets from the main living area that is filled with floor to ceiling windows or appreciate a glass of wine on the broad decks overlooking west beach with vistas of containerships and sailboats! There are 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths in this one level home. There are two king master suites, the 3rd bedroom has 2 twins and in the 4th bedroom there is a cavernous bunk room including 2 constructed-in bunk beds (PLEASE NOTE THERE IS NO DOOR IN THIS ROOM). A BHI full membership including golf and shoals membership are available for a separate purchase.

About the Area

Located on the beach, this vacation home is in West Beach, a neighborhood in Bald Head Island. Bald Head Island Lighthouse and Old Brunswick County Jail Museum are local landmarks, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Caswell Beach and Carolina Beach. North Carolina Maritime Museum at Southport and Bald Head Island Information Center are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

Summertime is the most expensive season in coastal NC. To get the largest vacation home within budget, we strongly suggest booking in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons. You'll enjoy lower rates, better selection, beautiful weather and the absence of giant crowds at restaurants, beaches, and activities.
Reserve your vacation rental as early as possible. Rental schedules usually open 12 months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups reserve their Summer rentals during Christmas and Thanksgiving get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
Hosts and Property managers sometimes offer discounts for veterans and active duty military. Make sure to check with your host or property manager to see if special offers are available for your group before you book.
Management companies and individual rental owners often offer customers an option to buy vacation insurance protection.
