Inside, the roomy living room provides a ideal space to relax and savor your favorite shows or movies. The dining area is ideal for entertaining or appreciating your morning brew. This property also offers the convenience of a private driveway with two parking spaces and a one-stall garage. Whether you’re here for a weekend or an extended stay, this cozy and inviting home provides all the essentials for a comfortable and memorable experience.

Guest Bedroom 1: Used as an office with bespoke fold-out queen murphy bed.
Guest Bathroom: Bathtub with Shower, Single sink set into Double Vanity with Granite Counter, Decorative Mirror, Toilet.
Guest Bedroom 2: Queen Bed, Two Nightstands.
Laundry Closet: Washer/Dryer, Storage Shelving

Linens - Sheets and Towels will be wrapped in sealed packages and laying on the end of the beds. 

Rental Policies:
In response to the increased incidence of credit card fraud, a valid government photo ID will be required for every reservation. A signed rental agreement is required: accepting House Rules on any online travel agency requires reading and acceptance of our rental agreement.

Things to bring:
Paper towels and toilet paper, trash bags, soaps, detergents, minimal cleaning supplies, and beach towels.

Arrival/Departure:
Summer Check-ins (June-August) begin at 4 pm and are guaranteed by 6 pm
Off Season Check-ins begin at 3 pm and are guaranteed by 5 pm
Check-out is by 10 am. 
We adhere to this policy so please do not arrive early or plan to delay your departure.

Wrightsville Beach is a oceanside town named as one of the world’s best surf towns by National Geographic, and is the ideal place to practice all water sports. Get a true feel for island life and experience the uncrowded shore and mild temperatures of Wrightsville Beach, where you could be fishing, paddle boarding, or shelling in crystal-clear waters, or just appreciate long, charming walks on NC’s most accessible beach. 20 mins. further down the peninsula, you will find the oceanside towns of Carolina Beach and Kure Beach.

Located in Wilmington, this vacation home is in the city center and on a river. Four Hounds Distilling and Good Hops Brewing are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those in the mood for shopping can visit The Cotton Exchange and Mayfaire Town Center. When to visit & When to book:

  • Go through the rental one final time and scan for any damage. We advise inspecting the property with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the host isn't available, take video of the rental to record its condition.
