When you are ready to head inside, you will be welcomed into an open living space that elegantly blends traditional and coastal styles! There is plenty of comfortable seating for everybody in your family or group, equipped with two sizable ottomans to kick your feet up, an enormous couch, and a couple of cozy club chairs. The sizable flatscreen TV hangs above a cabinet outfitted with board games for the kiddos after a long day at the beach! The well-supplied kitchen will have you feeling right at home in no time, with stainless steel appliances, ample counter space, and all the supplies you'll need. For meals, you can gather around the huge table together in the separate dining space off the kitchen.

On the main floor, you will find one of the four bedrooms, featuring a king-size bed, a huge flatscreen TV, and an upgraded bathroom.

At the top of the stairs on the second floor is a great additional/bedroom, with 2 double beds and one sleeper couch! It also features a skylight and a flatscreen TV.

The striking queen bedroom suite features a comfortable queen-size bed and a bathroom with a large vanity and tub-shower, and with a private balcony with ocean vistas. The fourth bedroom is a comfortable queen bedroom with impressive marsh vistas and simple access to the bathroom.

The outdoor area features multiple hammocks, a picnic area, a cavernous outdoor shower, and a entirely fenced-in back yard.

We know you want to relax without stopping at the store when you get to the island. To get you started, we provide a welcome kit that includes trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher pod, washing machine pod, dishwashing soap, hand soap at every sink, bath soap, and shampoo/conditioner.

As you will find when selecting dates on the calendar, there are minimum stay requirements based on the season. There is a 7-nighttime minimum with a mandatory Saturday to Saturday rental pattern in the peak summer months, and there is more flexibility in the slower seasons. Located by the sea, this vacation home is in Long Beach, a neighborhood in Oak Island. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Caswell Beach and 57th Place West Access Park, while Franklin Square Gallery and Old Brunswick County Jail Museum are cultural highlights. When to visit & When to reserve a rental home:

  • Book your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules often become available 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many families reserve their Summer rentals during Winter holiday gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • June, July, and August are high season in the Brunswick area area. Book your rental property in the Spring or Fall to get the benefit of warm weather while saving money and avoiding crowded roads, restaurants, and activities.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property management company or host whether your vacationing group qualifies for a reduced rate.
  • Property management companies frequently offer renters an option to obtain trip insurance.   • Please make sure to walk through the rental a final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We advise inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can. If the host is not available, take video and pictures of the property to record its condition at check-out.
