This building was originally part of the horse stable section in the early years of Wilmington. During the mid-1990's the building was modernized into 4 residential condos with a retail space on the first floor....currently Gallery Citrine Art Gallery.
During the great pandemic, we painstakingly remodeled our unit to bring the original building character back while adding Mid-Century Modern furnishings.

Sticking to a rental home budget:

  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Neighbors can typically point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to launch your kayaks, have a great night out, or the best spots for fishing?
  • Ensure you protect the rental owner (and your stuff!) by locking the rental while you are away, just like you would back home.
  • Don't leave anything behind! Before you drive away, walk through the rental to make sure you've collected everything. Check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Inspect the property a final time and look for damage. We suggest inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the host is not available, remember to take video and pictures of the property to record its condition.
  • Did your group have a great stay? Many rental managers make it easy for guests to provide comments. If your property and/or property management company was terrific, they would love to hear it.
