We know you want to relax without any stops at the store when you get to the island. To get you started we provide a welcome kit that includes trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher pod, washing machine pod, Dishwashing soap, hand soap at every sink, bath soap, and shampoo/conditioner.

As you will find when selecting dates on the calendar, there are minimum stay requirements based on the season. There is a 7 nighttime minimum with a mandatory Saturday to Saturday rental pattern in the peak summer months, and there is more flexibility in the slower seasons. • In the Brunswick area area, The sooner you can book a vacation home, the easier your search will be. The best properties are booked early. Reserving your vacation rental 6-12 months before your vacation is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to plan and reserve your rental property.
• Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner or host if your group qualifies for a price reduction or discount.
• Property managers typically offer renters an option to add trip insurance. Remember that most listings specify the max. guest capacity, which frequently includes sofa beds in living rooms.
• Does your group require particular amenities? Most websites include search filters with amenity lists. Filtering by amenity will allow you to quickly find the best rental.
• Appropriate accessibility amenities can make or break a vacation for guests with disabilities. Remember to confirm all necessary amenities are included before booking

• Lock your rental property while you're gone! Don't let burglars spoil your trip.
• Don't leave anything behind! Before departing, take a walk through the rental to confirm you've collected all of your things. Make sure to check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden belongings. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
• Go through the property one final time and scan for any damage. We suggest walking through with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the host is not available, take video and pictures of the property to record its condition at check-out.
• After your trip, leave feedback! Hosts rely on excellent feedback to propel new reservations. They'll be much obliged for your review.
