This vacation rental welcomes up to 3 dogs per reservation year-round.

Five TV's (digital cable), DVD player, wireless Hi-Speed internet. Two covered porches with broad vistas of the Atlantic, outdoor dining table with seating for eight and dune top deck with constructed-in seating. Luxury vinyl floor. Charmingly decorated throughout with a well-equipped kitchen (gas stove, two ovens, wine refrigerator, Keurig). Generous kitchen island with seating of four besides the dining table with seating of six. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and Roku TVs. Two oceanfront bedrooms on 1st floor have private accesses to oceanfront deck to appreciate the vistas. Dogs allowed year round. Constructed in 2018 and features an elevator for guest use.

Located on the beach, this vacation home is in Long Beach, a neighborhood in Oak Island. Bald Head Island Lighthouse and Old Brunswick County Jail Museum are local landmarks, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Caswell Beach and 57th Place West Access Park. When to go & When to reserve a Oak Island rental home:

  • Summertime is the most expensive season along the coast of NC. Book your Brunswick area vacation in Spring or Fall to enjoy warm weather while saving money and avoiding crowded roads, restaurants, and activities. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to book a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during June, July, and August. Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with loved ones at the beach.
  • Book your vacation home as soon as possible. Rental schedules generally open twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many groups book their Summer vacations during Thanksgiving and Christmas get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.

  • Property managers typically offer guests an option to add trip insurance protection.   • Keep your rental home locked while you are gone! Don't let crooks ruin your trip.
  • Re-check every room of the property to confirm that you've packed all belongings on check-out day. Re-check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Go through the rental a final time and scan for any damage. We advise walking through with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the manager isn't available, remember to take photos of the property to record its condition.

If your property and/or property manager was fantastic, they will likely appreciate your kind words.
