Land’s End Retreat has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, plus a enormous deck with ocean vistas and new deck furnishings. Head inside and you’ll find comfortable furnishings and tasteful décor throughout. The bright and open floorplan includes the cavernous living area with a sizable, comfortable couch and ocean vistas, the completely supplied kitchen with all the amenities of home, plus the dining area including the dining room table with seating for 6, the ideal spot to relax, relax, and savor meals together with family and friends after a fun filled day on the beach.

The Master Suite offers ocean vistas and includes a king bed, private bathroom, and intelligent TV. The second bedroom includes a California King size bed, and the third bedroom includes a King bed with intelligent TV, access to the hallway bathroom, and direct access outside to the porch.

Walk to the beach, Pier, and Tiki Bar (only 180 ft. away) or ride bicycles to the boardwalk for the seasonal firework shows where you can enjoy multiple local eateries and stores. Looking for family friendly activities? Head down to the NC Aquarium or Fort Fisher. Carolina Beach offers something for all your friends and family to experience close by.

Parking instructions:
Assigned parking in spots labeled A and B for upstairs. Any additional cars that do not fit at the property must park in paid public parking.

Beach Access Instructions:
To access the beach, you can either walk to the far side of the pier and access the beach through the parking lot. Or you can walk two blocks south to the corner of Sand Fiddler Lane where there is a public beach access.

PROVIDED: WIFI, entirely outfitted kitchen, paper goods and ALL linens, including all linens + bath + beach towels to save you the hassle/cost of renting them separately ($200-300+ value)! When you arrive, beds are made up with crisp, fresh linens and complete sets of fluffy towels will be available. Beach bicycles, cooler, beach cart and beach accessories are also supplied for your enjoyment.

You must be 25 years or older to rent this property.

Please notify our office if you're planning to bring a pet as the following pet policy will apply: A max. of 2 family pets (25 pounds or less per pet) are allowed. ONLY DOGS ARE ACCEPTED. The pet fee is $200 plus tax per pet. A pet fee will be added after booking. No dogs are allowed without prior approval and payment of a non-returnable pet fee, per pet. Undisclosed dogs will incur a minimum $300 fine plus tax. Violation of our 2-pet max. policy will incur a minimum of $300 plus tax charge, per pet, plus the tenant will be in material breach of the lease, and grounds for eviction will apply. The pet must be removed from the premises immediately, and your reservation may be canceled with no refund given.

**Please note:  All service animals & emotional support animals must be disclosed at the time of booking to allow the agent to collect records and documentation to support the request in accordance with all state and federal laws. A pet fee will NOT be charged for true Service Animals.**

From April 1st – Sept. 30, dogs are allowed on the beach before 9:00 am and after 5:00 pm. No dogs are allowed on the beach between 9:00 am -5:00 pm. From October 1st – May 31st, dogs are allowed on the beach at any time.

Sea Scape requires that all reservations have a signed rental agreement that will be sent to you via text message after booking. Once you've booked your stay, you will have 48 hrs. to complete the rental agreement to confirm your stay. Sea Scape reserves the right to cancel your booking if the rental agreement is not finished within 48hrs.

  • In the Brunswick area area, The sooner your group can reserve a home, the easier your search will be. The best properties are booked very early. Reserving your rental up to 12 months before your vacation is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to search for and book your vacation rental.
  • To book the largest rental within your budget, we highly recommend booking in the Fall or Spring. You'll enjoy lower rates, better selection, beautiful weather and the absence of giant crowds at Brunswick area restaurants, beaches, and activities.
  • Some hosts and property managers offer discounts for veterans. Make sure to check with your property manager to see if special discounts are available for your family.
  • Property management companies usually offer customers an option to purchase trip insurance. Trip insurance, which generally will cost you between 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any days missed as a result of medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or additional gasoline expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a bank account-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask the property owner for specifics.

  • On check-out day, complete a final walk-through to make sure you haven't leave anything behind. Check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden belongings. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
  • Remember to leave a review! Property managers rely on great reviews to compel future reservations. They'll be much obliged for your review. Alternatively, if something wasn't as described, other families will appreciate that you share your feedback find their best vacation rental. Remember to be objective. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the property manager could control the issue, and if so, whether they responded quickly to solve it.
