When you're ready to head inside, you'll be welcomed into a cavernous open living space that elegantly blends traditional and coastal styles together! At the top of the stairs on the second floor is one of our favorite rooms in the home! It's a additional living space with vaulted ceilings, flatscreen TV, and direct access to the top balcony that offers definitely striking ocean and marsh vistas. This “Captain's Perch”, with its constructed-in seating, offers a fantastic spot for watching the impressive Oak Island sunsets from up high! As you will find when selecting dates on the calendar, there are minimum stay requirements based on the season.
