Heart Key Home is on the ocean with spectacular vistas. We are located on the upper level of a two story building with all rooms on one level. We feature four enormous bedrooms with four bathrooms (one shower/tube is jack-in-jill), plus an outdoor shower. The sizable kitchen with top of the line appliances and double oven has enough space for creating huge family / group meals that will be remembered. There is seating for four at the counter and the reclaimed wood dining table can seat up to 10. There is a TV in the living room, while the seating is focused on the ocean. The open concept accepts ocean vistas from the kitchen, dining and living spaces. The covered porch is an superb place to watch the ocean and relax in the shade. This home is new to our family and we have put many hours bringing back the beauty. We hope you appreciate it as much as we do. (This is the top level of a two unit building). This winter we added street side stairs for safety and convenience. Please check out our new listing of the lower level under #1715873.

How to book the best rental home experience:

When to visit Ocean Isle Beach & When to reserve a Ocean Isle Beach rental home:

  • Book your vacation home as soon as possible. Rental schedules usually become available twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many families book their Summer rentals during Christmas and Thanksgiving get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Summer months are the most expensive season in the Brunswick area area. To get the largest rental home within budget, we highly recommend booking in the Spring or Fall. You'll enjoy lower rates, greater selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of large crowds at popular Brunswick area attractions and restaurants. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to book an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the high season.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager whether your group qualifies for a price reduction or discount.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners usually offer their guests an option to add trip insurance. Trip insurance, which normally costs between 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for days missed as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or additional fuel expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a life-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask the property owner for specifics.
  • Often, property management companies supply Brunswick area area travel guide magazines that include coupons, either offered independently by local businesses, or by way of a partnership between the rental management company and the business itself. You can also find Brunswick area area magazine and coupon books at local gas stations and shopping centers.

Planning, selecting, and booking the best Brunswick area vacation home:

  • Select a group lead, select your trip dates, and choose a max budget.
  • Determine how many beds and the bed configuration your family requires. Ocean Front Condo - Beautiful beach and views has 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms.
  • Precise descriptions of bedrooms and bed counts is usually accessible on booking pages. If they are not listed, call the property owner before booking the home. Remember that most property listings specify maximum guest capacity, which typically includes pull out couches in living rooms.
  • If your group is vacationing with pets, you must book a pet-friendly rental. Get information on breed, weight, and type restrictions. Usually, property managers require additional pet deposits and fees.
  • Does your group require unique amenities? Most rental websites include search filters for amenities. Use these filters to your advantage to find the perfect rental home.
  • Suitable accessibility amenities can make or break a vacation for the less-mobile. Confirm all necessary amenities are available and included before booking

Advice for a wonderful stay:

  • Be sure you get the property manager's phone number and check in/check out procedures for your rental. Put the manager's information in your smartphone.
  • Ask questions. You may need instructions for a hot tub, elevator or washer/dryer. Contact your property manager. They are there to help! A brief phone call prevents lots of issues.
  • Lock your rental property while you're out! Don't let thieves spoil your holiday.
  • Upon arrival, document any damages to the property and immediately alert the host. Record all coorespondence.
  • Respecting quiet hours and parking restrictions can make a stay more pleasurable. You'll magnify your chance to make local friends, and resident neighbors are a fantastic source for finding the best local beaches.
  • Don't forget to... Ask a local! Locals can frequently help you find exactly what you're looking for. Who better to ask where to order delicious takeout, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for crabbing?
  • Don't leave anything behind! Just before you drive away, walk through the rental to reconfirm you've collected all personal belongings. Re-check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden treasure. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Record a video to document the condition of the property.
  • Did your family have a fantastic time? Most rental management companies make it easy for guests to provide reviews. If your rental and/or property management company was fantastic, they will likely appreciate your kind words. If anything was out of order and they failed to fix it within reason, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make it a point as part of your feedback.

Victory Beach Vacations

Visitors who are on the hunt for the postcard-perfect vacation rental in the heart of the Carolina Beach or Kure Beach area will find an enticing selection and plenty of friendly customer service when they rent through Victory Beach Vacations. Based in Carolina Beach in the coastal Cape Fear region, Victory Beach Vacations has more than 100 vacation rentals in all shapes and sizes to ensure that every vacationing family can find their dream home away from home on the beach.   When you book your Cape Fear getaway with Victory Beach Vacations, the fun doesn’t end when you leave the beach, it continues with an array of privately-owned properties outfitted with all of the amenities needed for a fabulous beach vacation.   Jenna Lanier, General Manager, explains that her family first opened the rental and property management business in 2002. At the forefront of Victory Beach operations is Lanier’s mother, Caroline Meeks. Meeks is both the Broker in Charge and co-owner with husband, Buck Meeks, who manages the Field Services team with Lanier’s husband, Scott.   For nearly 20 years, the Victory Beach team has worked tirelessly to establish a network of top-of-the-line rental properties for Cape Fear visitors to enjoy. “As far as our properties go,” explains Lanier, “they are all updated, well-furnished and appointed. “We have always performed post-cleaning inspections and since the pandemic, have put freshly laundered duvets over all of the comforters between rentals.”   Lanier emphasizes how important the guests experience is “we strive to give our guests a relaxing, stress free, memorable vacation.” This emphasis on customer service has led to Victory Beach Vacations having a 4.8 Google rating with over 300 reviews by happy owners and guests. In addition to Victory Beach’s superior sanitation practices, the company offers properties for every type of visitor. Choose from luxury oceanfront houses and condos to more reasonbly priced 2nd row properties with oceanviews. Many properties include pools and hot tubs as well, perfect for outdoor entertaining, and many are dog friendly.   Lanier also notes that all properties are within walking or driving distance to Pleasure Island’s main attractions – Carolina Beach and Kure Beach. The former, as described by Lanier, is the more commercialized of the two destinations and features a boardwalk, outdoor dining options and a plethora of weekly activities including fireworks, live music, amusement park pop-ups, and movies under the stars. Kure Beach offers a more residential feel with its fishing pier, intimate restaurants and family favorite, North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher.More water fun awaits, too. “There is a harbor and a canal that feed into the intercoastal. We have several properties on the harbor so guests can bring their boat, kayak, [or jet ski] and travel between islands,” says Lanier.   A stay with Victory Beach Vacations is an annual pilgrimage for most. “A large percentage of guests are previous guests. Some even reserve the same property for the next year as they’re checking out,” Lanier says. “It’s almost like it’s their personal vacation home.”   Even before guests arrive at their vacation destination, the Victory Beach Vacations’ website greets them with a live beach cam and exquisite aerial footage of both Carolina and Kure Beaches.
