Just For the Shell of it features over 3,500 square feet and accepts everybody to spread out. Take the elevator or stairs to your over 2,500 square foot living space located on the second level and provides a huge open kitchen adjacent to a 900 square foot great room. The great room has a 70-inch tv and a enormous open concept. A home that's made for visiting with full kitchen amenities and an additional refrigerator on the lower level. Bringing your fur infant? You are 10 miles from Wilmington, NC with all its attractions. This really is a year-round beach town ideal for your family hideaway!
