Totally equipped kitchen with all appliances & pantry, including washer & dryer in laundry room, eat in bar, 8 chair dining table, and a wine cooler. Enclosed hot/cold outside shower. Covered screened porch on front and chairs to relax in after a fun day at the beach. It's less than a two min. walk to beach access and that is with kids and beach chairs in tow.
