Due to severe allergies some homes may not allow service or support animals. You must disclose and get permission for any service and or support animals prior to booking.

We cannot guarantee the elevator will be working due to circumstances out of our control. Please read elevator instructions CAREFULLY before operating (found in the notebook in home). Our top Ocean Isle Beach rental home booking tips:

Cost saving strategies:

  • Summer months are high season in Ocean Isle Beach. Booking your Brunswick area vacation home in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons is a good way to save money on your rental home. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of acceptable homes. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to reserve a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable during June, July, and August. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Brunswick area vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with friends and family at the beach.
  • The sooner you can reserve a home, the better your selection will be. The most desirable properties are booked early. Reserving your rental property up to twelve months before your vacation dates is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to plan and book your vacation rental.
  • Hosts sometimes offer special rates for veterans and active duty military. Check with your host or property manager to see if special discounts are available for your group before you book.
  • Property management companies often offer guests an option to obtain vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which normally will cost between 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any days missed as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or additional fuel expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a bank account-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask the property owner for details.
  • Look for your local Brunswick area visitors guide magazine upon arrival. If your rental doesn't have one, you can find them at local grocery stores and visitor centers. In addition to great local stories, visitors guides have discounts for nearby attractions, tours, restaurants, and shops.

Filter your search:

  • Begin by choosing a vacation week and a spending budget.
  • Determine how many bedrooms and the configuration your family needs. Jaanvi's Beach House on Ocean Isle Beach, private pool, spa, elevator, close walk to the beach has 5 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms.
  • Specific information about bedrooms and bed counts & types is normally available on booking pages. If you don't see them listed, email the property owner before you reserve the property. Note that most listings specify the maximum guest capacity, which typically includes sofa beds.
  • Does your group require particular amenities? Most rental websites include amenity lists and search filters.
  • Suitable accessibility amenities can make or break a vacation for persons with disabilities. Make certain to inquire about wheel chair accessibility, pool lifts and specialized equipment needs.
  • Remember to include your furry companions! Many vacation homes allow animals, but guidelines and restrictions apply. Type of pet, size and breeds may be limited. Make sure to ask before booking, and study your rental agreement! Additional fees or charges could be applied to your invoice.

More considerations for your visit:

  • Be sure you get the host's phone number and arrival/departure procedures for your rental property. Put the host's information in your smartphone.
  • To ensure that damages are not linked to your visit, make a record of any problem areas upon your arrival. E-mail the rental manager right away to relay any damages. If there is a dispute about who is responsible, having a record of problems and contact attempts will be useful.
  • Ask questions. You may need instructions for a fireplace, television set or thermostat. Contact your owner. They are there to help! A brief telephone call can prevent a lot of problems.
  • Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like obnoxious visitors disrupting your peace and quiet. Apply the golden rule for best judgement. Happy residents may even recommend great restaurants and attractions you would have never otherwise known about!
  • Don't forget to... Ask a local! Residents can typically help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to charter a fishing boat, have a great night out, or the best spots for bird watching?
  • Keep your rental home locked while you are away! Don't let thieves ruin your trip.
  • Just prior to departing, complete a final walk-through to confirm you did not forget anything. Check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Go through the rental a final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We advise walking through with the property manager whenever you can. If the manager is not available, take video of the property to record its condition.
  • Did you have a great time? Most vacation rental websites make it easy for guests to provide reviews. If your property and/or host was wonderful, they would love to hear it. If anything was out of order and they failed to correct it within reason, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make a note as part of your comments.
