Happy as a Clam is a brand new 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom luxury townhouse constructed in 2022 with bespoke finishes throughout. Pride of ownership throughout this home, and we hope you feel welcome when you stay! Savor the reverse floorplan with the kitchen and living room on the top level! Several private patios to appreciate the fresh ocean breeze! Great central location, and you'll adore the proximity to the beach! Outdoor shower and you need to do some remote work, there are two desks and fast wifi!

We also supply the following for each property:
A starter kit of one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, a trash bag, and dish soap. We also supply laundered bed linens, comforters, and 1 bathing towel and wash cloth per person. We do not supply any beach gear or beach towel. We have great rental companies on the island we would be more than happy to share the info with you. We also do not supply laundry detergent, body soap or shampoo/conditioner as we find everybody has their own preferences for these =) Please review our home rules prior to your stay

  • Summer time is high season in Carolina Beach. To find the best value, shift your group's vacation week to the Spring or Fall months. May, September, and October offer warmer temperatures, , and reduced traffic. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Brunswick area vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with loved ones at your favorite beach.
  • Reserve your vacation rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules generally become available twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many families book their Summer rentals during Christmas and Thanksgiving get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Some hosts offer discounts for veterans. Make sure to check with your host or property manager to see if special offers are available for your group.
  • Property managers frequently offer guests an option to add vacation insurance.
