Access to the 4 Golf courses in St James are not supplied with the rental as these are all private. However there are multiple magnificant public golf courses within a short drive including the Oak island Golf Club and Carolina National.

About the Area

Located in St. James, this condo is near the beach. Franklin Square Gallery and Old Brunswick County Jail Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's attractions include Bald Head Island Information Center and North Carolina Maritime Museum at Southport. North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher and Magic Mountain Fun Park are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

Finding the best rental home value:

  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months along the coast of NC. To book the most suitable rental for your budget, we recommend booking in the Spring or Fall. You'll enjoy lower rates, greater selection, warm weather and the absence of giant crowds at Brunswick area restaurants, tours, and activities. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to book an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the high season.
