The EnSuite features a Double Sink Vanity, Grand Glassed-In Shower with Rain Shower Head, Handheld Massaging Sprayer & Teak Stool. 2nd Bedroom (King) with Enormous Closet, Dresser, Intelligent TV & Marsh Vistas. 3rd Bedroom has a Queen, Set of Twin Bunkbeds, Desk & Intelligent TV. Both have Generous Closets & share a Hall Bath with Tub/Shower combination.

The Generous Front Porch has an Ocean View where you can watch both the sunrise & sunset. The Back Deck has Serene Marsh Vistas. Watch the Wildlife of the Marsh from this Back Porch View, ideal for a cup of morning Joe or glass of wine in the evening.

The back of the ground level has an In Ground heated Pool (must notify if heating is wanted for additional fee), a Outdoor Shower (hot/cold) with Bonus Dog Sprayer; Beach Cart, 4 Beach Chairs & 2 Umbrellas for fun beach days; Giant Charcoal Grille, Conversation Area & Picnic Table that folds into 2 Bench Seats; & 2 Hammock Chairs. Sandy Noses, of course, has a Backyard Dog Area complete with Pooper Scooper & Poop Waste Bag Dispenser.

Please note: Linens are supplied with your reservation and your beds will be made prior to your arrival. Also a Welcome Bag will be waiting for you upon your arrival with starter supplies which includes 2 trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher powder, washing machine powder, dish sponge, modest shampoo and conditioner with bar of soap, make up remover, and 2 bottles of water.

If you are bringing a pet, the pet fee must be paid prior to your check-in. Limit of 2 dogs. A non-returnable $200 pet fee will be added to the booking for bringing a dog. *No Dogs Accepted in Pool*

This pool has an optional heater that can be requested for use prior to arrival. Must know if heating will be needing +7 days from checkin. For use of pool heater there will be an additional $50/ nighttime charge to heat and to keep the pool heated to 85 degrees. Must heat for the entire length of the stay, can't pick and choose days. If the air temperature falls below 50 degrees, there is no option to heat the pool as this is a requirement by the heater to operate. Temperature is wirelessly controlled and the control panel is locked at the unit. Please Note the $50/ nighttime heating fee is not automatically added onto the booking. This will be paid separately from the primary booking.

*On January 10th, 2023 the Oak Island Town Council voted to approve paid parking on the island. The paid parking will be in effect from April 1 through September 30th and the hours are from 9:00am to 5:00pm. The cost will be $5 per hour, $20 per day and $80 per week.
