Book a stay in this comfortable, oceanfront, 2nd floor condo, located near the northern end of Carolina Beach. Our family condo has a roomy living area and eating nook, completely equipped kitchen, two bedrooms (1 King bed and 1 Queen bed) and two bathrooms. Appreciate a cup of coffee while calming on our deck that overlooks the Atlantic Ocean. If you are lucky, you might even see the dolphins frolicking in the surf. Our unit is located by the Periwinkle Lane public access so it makes walking back and forth to the beach painless and convenient. Like fishing? We are only a few blocks from the Carolina Beach Fishing Pier. If you walk or drive a mile and a half south, you will wind up at the famed Carolina Beach Boardwalk, a favorite among kids and adults alike. In the summer months, the boardwalk provides games and ride attractions. Stroll around the boardwalk or sit and swing awhile while appreciating one of Britt's famed donuts. In the offseason months, appreciate the quietness that this north end location has to offer. Carolina Beach has so much to offer everybody and we believe that you'll savor the scenery, sounds, relaxation, comfort and convenience of our little home away from home.

Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to book a beach front rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the high season.
  • The earlier your group can book a vacation rental, the easier your search will be. The best vacation rentals are booked early. Booking your rental home up to twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to search for and book your rental home.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager if your group qualifies for a special promotion or discount.
  • Property management companies usually offer renters an option to purchase trip insurance. Trip insurance, which costs between 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed time as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or extra gas expenses.   • Please make sure to walk through the property one final time and look for damages to contents or the property itself. We advise walking through with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the property manager is not available, remember to take photos and video of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
  • After your trip, leave feedback! Property owners rely on excellent ratings to drive new reservations. They'll be much obliged for your review. Alternatively, if something wasn't right, other families will be thankful you shared your feedback find their best rental home. Please be objective. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the manager had any control over the issue, and if so, whether they responded quickly to solve it.
