Two enormous decks (one covered), deck furnishings, gas grille, enclosed outside shower with hot and cold water, beach walkway shower. Well supplied kitchen plus island. Two master suites with porcelain tile baths, two family rooms, and wet bar with 52 lb. commercial ice maker, double wine cooler. Wood floors, tile, carpet, and ceiling fans throughout. Saturday to Saturday units with a 4 p.m. check-in only.

Those with allergies should note that although family pets are not allowed for guest stays, dogs may occasionally be present during owner reservations.

  • Summertime is high season in Oak Island. To find the best vacation home within budget, we highly recommend booking in Spring or Fall. You'll benefit from lower rates, better selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of giant crowds at local restaurants, tours, and activities. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to book an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the Summer months.
  • Reserve your vacation home as early as possible. Rental schedules generally open 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many groups book their Summer rentals during holiday get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Hosts sometimes offer rate reductions for veterans. Check with your property manager to see if discounts are available for your group before you book.
  • Property management companies usually offer guests an option to add vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which normally costs between 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed vacation time as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as ensuing additional evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel or additional gasoline expenses.   • At departure, complete a final walk-through to confirm you didn't forget anything. Make sure to check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden items. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Inspect the property one final time and look for damage. We suggest inspecting the property with the property manager whenever possible. If the host isn't available, take video and pictures of the property to record its condition at check-out.
  • After your trip, leave feedback! Property owners rely on good reviews to stimulate future reservations. They'll be much obliged for your feedback. Alternatively, if something wasn't as described, other vacationers will will be grateful for your feedback and help them have the best future vacation. Be fair with your review.
