Strategies for getting the perfect vacation home experience:

Find your perfect vacation home:

  • In the Brunswick area area, The sooner you can book a vacation rental, the better your selection will be. The best properties are reserved very early. Reserving your rental up to twelve months before your vacation dates is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to search for and book your rental home.
  • To find the largest rental home within your budget, we strongly suggest booking in the Fall or Spring. You'll enjoy lower rates, better selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of giant crowds at your favorite restaurants and activities. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Brunswick area vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with family and friends at the beach.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective vacation rental company or host if your family qualifies for a price reduction or discount.
  • Property managers frequently offer customers an option to purchase vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which normally costs 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed days as a result of medical-related issues or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or additional fuel expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a life-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your property manager for additional information.
  • Often, property management companies and vacation rental houses supply Brunswick area area visitors guide magazines which will include coupons, either offered directly by local businesses, or through a partnership between the management company and the business itself. You can also find visitors guide and coupon books at local grocery stores, shopping centers, and visitor centers.

Make a plan and choose the right Brunswick area rental:

  • First and foremost, have your group agree to the best dates and a spending budget.
  • Decide how many bedrooms and the bed configuration your group requires. Cutest Cottage Steps from the Beach - All Linens and Towels Provided! has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
  • Precise details about bedrooms and bed counts & types is generally accessible on booking pages. If they are not listed, contact the property manager before you book your home. Note that most property listings specify the maximum guest capacity, which often includes sofa beds and bunks. You'll need to work out what configuration is best for your trip.
  • Some rental properties allow pets, but some do not. Allowable types of dog or cat, weight and breeds may be restricted, and added charges may apply. Ask your host about your furry family members before booking.
  • Are you looking for particular amenities? Most rental websites include search filters for amenities.
  • Suitable accessibility amenities can make or ruin a vacation for persons with a disability. Confirm all necessary amenities are available and included before reserving a rental

During your stay:

  • Be sure you get the property manager's phone number and arrival/departure procedures for your rental home. We recommend storing the host's contact information in your smartphone.
  • Hosts are available to help! Feel free to ask any questions before, during, or after your stay.
  • Keep your rental home locked while you're away! Don't let burglars spoil your trip.
  • At Check-in, record any issues with the rental property and immediately alert the owner. Record all coorespondence.
  • Respecting late-night quiet hours and parking regulations can make a stay more pleasurable. You will increase your chance to make local friends, and resident neighbors are often a fantastic source for finding the best local beaches and restaurants.
  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Neighbors can often point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to see a beautiful sunrise or sunset, have a great night out, or the best spots for BBQ?
  • Don't leave anything behind! Before departing, walk through the rental property to confirm you've collected everything. Remember to check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden items. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Go through the property one final time and look for any damage. We recommend inspecting the property with the host whenever you can. If the manager is not available, remember to take video and pictures of the rental to record its condition.
  • Remember to leave feedback! Property owners rely on excellent ratings to compel more reservations. They'll be thankful for your review. Alternatively, if something wasn't right, other vacationers will appreciate that you share your review and help them have the best future vacation. Remember to be objective. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the property manager could control the issue, and if so, whether they responded quickly to remedy it.
