There is parking in the parking garage across the street for a fee of $12/day. Let me know if you want to use the parking pass and I can leave it out for you and bill you separately. If not, you will have to find parking in one of the garages near by. You can also park in the metered parking which is complimentary after 6:30pm and before 9am. If you park between 9-6:30, please make sure you pay for it because they will issue parking violations.

Access is through the front door and up the elevator or stairs to the second floor where there is an access door for residents and guests only. From there, make a right and head down the hall and then a left to arrive at 2D2 which will be on your right.
This property is non smoking throughout the entire building. By booking, you agree to pay a $150 fine should you or any of your travel guests be caught smoking.

Since this unit is right downtown you will hear noise from the street below at times, mostly on weekend nights. I have included a sound machine for any light sleepers.

Tricks and tips to get the best vacation home experience:

Find your perfect rental:

  • To get the best value, consider changing your vacation dates to the Spring or Fall seasons. May, September, and even October offer warmer weather, fewer crowds, and reduced traffic.
  • Book your vacation home as soon as possible. Rental schedules usually become available twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many families reserve their Summer vacation rentals during holiday gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective vacation rental company or host whether your vacationing group qualifies for a price reduction or discount.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners usually offer customers an option to obtain vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which normally costs 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed time as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel stay or additional gas expenses. Trip insurance might be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen happens. Ask your property manager for details.
  • Often, rental management companies supply Brunswick area area travel guide magazines which often include money-saving offers, either offered directly by local businesses, or through a relationship with the management company and the business itself. You can also find Brunswick area area magazine and coupon books at local shops and grocery stores.

Selecting the best rental in Wilmington:

  • Start by having your family agree to the best dates and a maximum budget.
  • Note the number bedrooms and the bed configuration your family requires. Cozy Convenient downtown Condo has 1 bedrooms and 1 bathrooms.
  • Specific details about bedrooms and bed counts is normally available on booking websites. If they are not listed, email or call the property management company before reserving your home. Note that most listings specify the maximum guest capacity, which often includes pull-out couches and bunk beds. You'll need to establish what configuration is best for your vacation.
  • Visiting for a specific event? Try a map search to locate nearby properties.
  • Suitable accessibility can make or ruin a vacation for persons with disabilities. .
  • If your family is vacationing with pets, you will need a pet-friendly vacation rental. Request specifics on breed, size, and type restrictions. Some property owners charge pet deposits and fees.

Considerations for your stay:

  • Add the property manager's contact info to your phone. Print and take a copy of arrival/departure procedures.
  • To make sure no damages are linked to your family's stay, make note of any problem areas when you arrive. E-mail the property manager immediately to document any pre-existing damages. If there is a dispute about who is responsible, having a record of problems and contact attempts will be useful.
  • Ask questions. You may need instructions for a fireplace, stereo or coffee maker. Contact your property manager. They are there to help! A brief phone call can prevent lots of problems.
  • Respecting quiet hours and parking regulations can make a stay significantly more pleasurable. Be a good neighbor. You'll enhance your chance to make some new local friends, and resident neighbors are usually an excellent source for finding the best local scenic spots.
  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Neighbors can typically help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to grab the best tacos, have a great night out, or the best spots for fishing?
  • Ensure you protect the property owner (and your stuff!) by locking the property when you are out, just like you would at home.
  • Don't leave anything behind! Before you drive away, walk through the rental property to make sure you've collected all personal items. Re-check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden items. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Record a video to document the condition of the property.
  • Leave a review! Property managers rely on great reviews to stimulate future bookings. They'll be thankful for your feedback. Alternatively, if something wasn't as described, other vacationers will will be grateful for your experience and help them have the best future vacation. Be fair with your review. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the owner could control the issue, and if so, whether they responded expeditiously to remedy it.
