Located in the highly sought-after Ocean Isle Beach, “Coastal Charm” provides an exclusive getaway on a peaceful and secluded street, ensuring a calming escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Appreciate gorgeous vistas of both the Intracoastal Waterway and the ocean from various vantage points throughout the home. Whether you're calming in the living room, dining area, or one of the roomy bedrooms, the coastal scenery is always in sight. This cavernous beach home features four well-appointed bedrooms and three classy bathrooms. The generous layout is ideal for accommodating family and guests, providing luxury, comfort, and privacy.

On the first floor you will find 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, as well as the laundry room. The first bedroom has striking vistas of the intracoastal water way, and is equipped with 2 bunk style beds, twin over full, intelligent TV, with an attached jack and jill bathroom, tub/shower combo. Attached, you will find the second bedroom with peek-a-boo ocean vistas, equipped with a king bed, intelligent TV, and access to the jack and jill bathroom, tub/shower combo. Also on the first floor you will also find the master bedroom with king bed and its own en-suite bathroom, walk-in shower, double vanity, intelligent TV, while providing a private escape within the home.

The top floor of the home offers an open-concept living space that creates an inviting ambiance, seamlessly connecting the living room, kitchen, and dining area and a bedroom with a queen sized bed and an attached bathroom with a walk-in shower. Enormous windows flood the interior with natural light and offer expansive vistas of the surrounding coastal landscape. Sit back and appreciate the electric fireplace, and 65 inch intelligent TV. Savor the well-equipped kitchen that is a chef's delight, featuring stainless steel appliances, ample counter space, and a coffee bar. Prepare meals while appreciating the company of family and friends in the adjacent dining area. Step outside to the handsome outdoor area that is ideal for enjoying the North Carolina sunshine. Equipped with an outdoor shower, gas grille, and private pool. The pool is the ideal place to cool off on a hot day, while the close by patio area features plenty of comfortable seating for dining, relaxing, and socializing. PLEASE READ RULES / NOTES PRIOR TO BOOKING:

You must be at least 28 years old to book and if your group is not related, the average age of all adults (not including kids) must not be under 30 years old.

NO home events, prom events, weddings, rehearsal dinners, or any other events of any kind

NO Family Animals — if you bring an unauthorized pet you will be asked to leave immediately and no refund will be given.

NO Smoking inside or on/around the premise

NO fire pits or deep fryers allowed on premise

Please note the fireplace is decorative only (if applicable)

Please be aware that there are exterior security cameras located on the premises directed towards the parking area and/or entrances for added security and tranquility of mind.

Due to severe allergies some homes may not allow service or support animals. You must disclose and get permission for any service and or support animals prior to booking.

*Please note the pool is not heated*

Pool and/or Spa is private and unattended, so swim at your own risk. All kids must be supervised in the water at all time by an adult. No food, drinks, alcohol, glass, etc are allowed in or around the pool. Pools are serviced weekly. Please keep in mind that due to tropical nature of the island, it is not unusual to find unexpected debris and sand in the pool.

​​​​​​​We cannot guarantee the elevator will be working due to circumstances out of our control. Please read elevator instructions CAREFULLY before operating (found in the notebook in home). User error will result in a service charge. No kids are allowed in the elevator unsupervised. Use at your own risk.

If your *check in date* is on or between Memorial Day and Labor Day, your cleaning fee does include whole home linen and towel rental fee. All beds will be made up upon arrival with top and fitted sheets, pillow cases, and 1 set of towels will be supplied per person (1 set includes: 1 body towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth), and a kitchen towel.
**In the off-season (Labor Day - Memorial Day), linens and towels are NOT supplied in your reservation and are an optional additional fee of $175 at the time of booking. You can choose to bring your own linens and towels, or rent through a third event. (Last min. bookings: We need at least 24-hour notice in order to provide linens!)**

​​​​​​​We provide a basic starter pack of essentials for your first day including a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, hand soap, a roll of paper towels in the kitchen, and a trash can liner per bin.

About the Area

Located in Ocean Isle Beach, this vacation home is near the beach. Museum of Coastal Carolina and Sunset River Marketplace are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Rees Jones Golf Course and Leopard's Chase Golf Club. Ingram Planetarium and Planet Fun are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

When to book & When to go:

  • To get the best value, shift your vacation week to the Spring or Fall shoulder seasons. May, September, and October offer warmer weather, fewer crowds, and reduced traffic. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to reserve a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the high season.
  • In the Brunswick area area, The earlier your group can book a vacation rental, the better your selection will be. The most desirable vacation rentals are booked very early. Booking your rental property six - twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to search for and reserve your vacation home.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner or host whether your group qualifies for a price reduction or discount.
  • Property managers usually offer their guests an option to add vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which generally will cost you between 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed trip time as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or additional gas expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a welcome relief if the unforeseen happens. Ask the property owner for more information.

  • Don't leave anything behind! Before departing, take a walk through the rental to make sure you've collected all personal belongings. Remember to check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
  • Did you have a great vacation? Most rental management companies make it easy for customers to provide feedback. If your property and/or host was terrific, they would love to hear about it.
