This striking brand-new home backs up to the intercoastal waterway and is only a short walk to the beach! Your whole group can spread out and relax in luxury, across 5 bedrooms, 5 ½ bathrooms, 2 sizable family rooms and an enormous outdoor living space. The dining area effortlessly accommodates 8 people in addition to the 4 bar stools at the kitchen island. This home is a blend of comfort & elegance with an open floor plan featuring a modern well-equipped gourmet kitchen, with top-of-the-line appliances and an upsized island that overlooks the main family room and features unlimited vistas of the intercoastal.

Each of the four main bedrooms offer a peaceful sanctuary after appreciating a fun day at the beach as well as private ensuite bathrooms. The fifth bedroom (also with its own full bathroom) is a kids’ dream! A “ship like” bunk room adventure, sleeps five conveniently and has nightlights & charging stations for each of the nooks.

This home sits on a private lot where you can relax on either of the 2 upsized back decks, overlooking the pool & appreciate the ocean breeze and gorgeous sunsets. Both decks on the front of the home are ideal places to watch the sunrise, relax with your morning coffee & take in peek-a-boo vistas of the ocean.
