Each bedroom and main living area features intelligent TVs Daytona, 5 Bedroom- New Build, Second Row w/ Private pool & Elevator so everybody can savor their favorite shows. The outdoor decks are furnished for relaxation, while the lower-level living area includes a foosball table that converts to a pool, hockey, and ping pong for added fun. We provide all linens and towels to help you pack light, and an elevator makes it painless for everybody to move around the home.

The kitchen is entirely equipped for your culinary needs, with two ovens, two full-size fridges/freezers, and two dishwashers, giving you ample space to prepare meals after a day at the beach.

With a private pool and tiki bar, you may never want to leave the home, but for your days in the sand, we've included all the beach essentials you'll need, including chairs, umbrellas, and toys, for effortless outings.

CANCELLATIONS & TRANSFERS: A guest may cancel a reservation and receive a full refund, excluding any credit card processing costs that may have been incurred. Cancellation requests must be in writing (via e-mail or letter) clearly stating cancellation of the reservation at least ninety (90) days before the check-in date. Cancellation requests within ninety (90) days of check-in date for any or no reason (including the failure to pay the final payment due 90 days before the stay), including inclement weather, will not be eligible for a refund of any payments made to Oasis Vacations LLC. All cancellation requests shall be submitted in writing and are effective when received and confirmed by the Agent. All transfer requests shall be submitted in writing at least (90) days prior to the check-in date and are subject to approval.
