Condo amenities span from the ocean to the inter-coastal waterway and include three tennis courts, three swimming pools, one of the pools is beachfront with a private deck for guest with rocking chairs to view handsome sunrises & sunsets over the ocean. We own 2 condos in the same building (4A and 4D), and we live in one of these 2 condos for part of the year. In many cases, we will be available to greet you upon your arrival and we are always available to answer any questions you may have.

This is a casual island (Ocean Isle Beach NC), incredible for families and couples alike. Miniature golf, ice cream, surf stores & marshland boardwalks are found on the island as well as boat, bicycle & surfboard rental stores. Sunday beach service available. There are complimentary concerts on the island every Friday evening from Memorial Day through Labor Day, and just off the island you will find many golf courses, eateries & entertainment. Myrtle Beach and Wilmington NC are within a one-hour drive of this beach.

Access to the island is by Causeway Bridge, but once on the island most things can be reached by walking or cycling. Units are available. No public transportation supplied. Closest airports are Wilmington NC & Myrtle Beach SC.

This is a trendy destination in the summer, and the weather is spectacular in spring and fall when the hordes disappear and the island feels like your own private beach. Prices vary by season – discounted during spring and fall.

This property cannot be used to host events or events. No smoking or no family pets are allowed in the unit. We are selective in terms of those we allow to utilize our beach condominiums – because these condominiums are also our home for part of the year. Many of our guests come back to our condominium year after year - some have been renting from us for 10 years or more.

My wife and I adore this friendly beach community which is our home for part of the year. We travel a lot and we want others to be able to experience this unique beach hideaway.

For nine-months out of the year this little beach community is peaceful and very private. It feels like our own private beach and our own private community. During the summer months (June, July and August) this little beach community is alive and very active. A great family resort - ideal for young kids. We have 7 young grandchildren – that is why we need 2 condos, and we get to see them regularly because they appreciate this place as much as we do.

If you like golf this place is like being in heaven - over 50 courses within a 30-mile radius - many are signature courses. If you like excitement, arts, eateries and entertainment - it is an painless commute to Myrtle Beach and to Wilmington North Carolina. If you like fishing it doesn't get any better than Ocean Isle Beach. However, our favorite evening gathering place is at the private beachfront deck with rockers overlooking the beach and the ocean – about a five-min. walk from our condos. We appreciate living here - we travel a lot but always look forward to returning to this very unique community.

Tenants are required to accept contract terms that govern the use of this property. These contract terms will be included upon booking.

Tips and Tricks for getting the perfect Ocean Isle Beach rental experience:

Getting the most from your rental budget:

  • Book your Brunswick area rental property in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons to get the benefit of warm weather while saving money and avoiding crowds. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to book an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during June, July, and August. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Brunswick area vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with family and friends at your favorite beach.
  • In the Brunswick area area, The sooner you can book, the better your selection will be. The best properties are booked early. Booking your vacation home up to 12 months before your travel dates is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to search for and reserve your rental.
  • Hosts sometimes offer discounts for veterans. Ask your property manager if discounts are available for your family.
  • Property management companies frequently offer customers an option to obtain trip insurance. Trip insurance, which normally costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed time as a result of medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel stay or extra fuel expenses. Trip insurance might be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen happens. Ask your property manager for specifics.
  • Find a copy of your local Brunswick area visitors guide upon checking in. If your rental doesn't have a copy, you can find them at local grocery stores, shopping centers, and visitor centers. In addition to great local information, travel guide magazines have money saving offers on nearby attractions, tours, restaurants, and shops.

Narrow your rental Search:

  • Choose your vacation dates and max budget.
  • Determine how many bedrooms and the configuration you need. Condo 4A - 5 minute walk to beach, 3 BR fully renovated condo - great amenities has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
  • Specific information regarding bedrooms and bed counts is usually available online. If you don't see them listed, email the host before booking the vacation property. Note that most properties list the maximum guest capacity, which oftentimes includes pull-out couches.
  • Is your family looking for unique amenities? Most rental search websites include search filters for amenities. Use these filters to your advantage to find the perfect rental home.
  • Appropriate accessibility amenities can make or break a vacation for persons with disabilities. .
  • Do your family pets travel with you? Many vacation homes allow animals, but guidelines and restrictions apply. Allowable pet type, breed, and size are often limited. Ask your property manager before booking, and study your rental agreement! Additional pet fees or charges could be applied to your invoice.

More considerations:

  • Store the manager's information in your smartphone and wallet.
  • Make a record of any issues with the property upon arrival, and immediately contact the host. We specifically recommend texts and e-mails, as they usually contain time stamps that can be valuable if there is a dispute.
  • Ask questions. You may want instructions for a garage door opener, A/V setup or coffee maker. Contact your property manager. They are there to help! A brief phone call can prevent quite a few problems.
  • Respecting quiet hours and parking regulations can make a stay significantly more pleasurable. You will increase your chance to make local friends, and resident neighbors are usually a terrific resource to find the best local beaches and hangouts.
  • Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Residents can typically help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to find the best seashells, have a great night out, or the best spots for BBQ?
  • Protect the property owner (and your stuff!) by locking the rental when you are away, just like you would back home.
  • Double-check every room of the property to make sure that you've packed all of your family's items at check-out. Check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden belongings. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Walk through the property one final time and scan for any damage. We recommend walking through with the host whenever possible. If the host is not available, ensure that you take video and pictures of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
  • Leave feedback! Property owners rely on excellent feedback to drive future reservations. They'll be much obliged for your review. Alternatively, if something went wrong, other families will will be grateful for your review and help them have the best future vacation. Be fair with your review. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the owner could control the issue, and if so, whether they responded quickly to solve it.

Victory Beach Vacations

Visitors who are on the hunt for the postcard-perfect vacation rental in the heart of the Carolina Beach or Kure Beach area will find an enticing selection and plenty of friendly customer service when they rent through Victory Beach Vacations. Based in Carolina Beach in the coastal Cape Fear region, Victory Beach Vacations has more than 100 vacation rentals in all shapes and sizes to ensure that every vacationing family can find their dream home away from home on the beach.   When you book your Cape Fear getaway with Victory Beach Vacations, the fun doesn’t end when you leave the beach, it continues with an array of privately-owned properties outfitted with all of the amenities needed for a fabulous beach vacation.   Jenna Lanier, General Manager, explains that her family first opened the rental and property management business in 2002. At the forefront of Victory Beach operations is Lanier’s mother, Caroline Meeks. Meeks is both the Broker in Charge and co-owner with husband, Buck Meeks, who manages the Field Services team with Lanier’s husband, Scott.   For nearly 20 years, the Victory Beach team has worked tirelessly to establish a network of top-of-the-line rental properties for Cape Fear visitors to enjoy. “As far as our properties go,” explains Lanier, “they are all updated, well-furnished and appointed. “We have always performed post-cleaning inspections and since the pandemic, have put freshly laundered duvets over all of the comforters between rentals.”   Lanier emphasizes how important the guests experience is “we strive to give our guests a relaxing, stress free, memorable vacation.” This emphasis on customer service has led to Victory Beach Vacations having a 4.8 Google rating with over 300 reviews by happy owners and guests. In addition to Victory Beach’s superior sanitation practices, the company offers properties for every type of visitor. Choose from luxury oceanfront houses and condos to more reasonbly priced 2nd row properties with oceanviews. Many properties include pools and hot tubs as well, perfect for outdoor entertaining, and many are dog friendly.   Lanier also notes that all properties are within walking or driving distance to Pleasure Island’s main attractions – Carolina Beach and Kure Beach. The former, as described by Lanier, is the more commercialized of the two destinations and features a boardwalk, outdoor dining options and a plethora of weekly activities including fireworks, live music, amusement park pop-ups, and movies under the stars. Kure Beach offers a more residential feel with its fishing pier, intimate restaurants and family favorite, North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher.More water fun awaits, too. “There is a harbor and a canal that feed into the intercoastal. We have several properties on the harbor so guests can bring their boat, kayak, [or jet ski] and travel between islands,” says Lanier.   A stay with Victory Beach Vacations is an annual pilgrimage for most. “A large percentage of guests are previous guests. Some even reserve the same property for the next year as they’re checking out,” Lanier says. “It’s almost like it’s their personal vacation home.”   Even before guests arrive at their vacation destination, the Victory Beach Vacations’ website greets them with a live beach cam and exquisite aerial footage of both Carolina and Kure Beaches.
