Southport is tucked away on the southeastern coast of North Carolina offering you the chance to vacation in a modest, handsome, historic fishing community that really is idyllic. The condo (located across from the Morningstar Marina) provides you a relaxing space that is just a short walk away from the Southport Historic Yacht Basin and downtown business district. Dining and shopping options are ample at the Yacht Basin, on Howe and Moore Streets which are all within walking distance. The building provides tons of amenities including your personal carport parking and an elevator.

The condo features intelligent TVs throughout (3 total), a comfortable king size bed in the primary (en suite) bedroom with a private bathroom that includes a huge accessible step-in shower. There are 2 twin beds in the second bedroom with private access to a bath that has a sizable whirlpool soaking tub with shower. There are 9" grab bars in both bathing areas and a shower bench and elevated toilet seat are available for those who may need additional accommodations. All linens/towels are supplied. Each bedroom has a huge walk-in closet to store all your belongings.

The living room area has a couch, recliner and 3 comfortable chairs providing plenty of seating options. There is a 4-chair dining area with a glass top table and a bar area with 4 barstools.

The kitchen is outfitted with dishes, pots, pans, glasses and coffee mugs providing all the essential housewares required for your extended stay. A convection glass top stove/oven provides you the opportunity to prepare and bake if you choose to stay in instead of going out to the local eateries. There are 2 electrical coffee makers (12 cup drip and Keurig single cup), and a french press. A toaster, kettle, and microwave are also supplied.

Additional features include washer/dryer, WiFi, Cable TV, elevator access, and reserved covered 2 car bay and additional parking in the back parking lot. If your family requires additional sleeping arrangements, a queen size deluxe Aerobed with linens is available upon request.
