Bald Head Island is like nowhere else on earth - there is no bridge connecting Bald Head Island to the mainland, so visitors and residents must arrive by passenger ferry or private yacht.

With cars left on the mainland, the separation is as psychological as it is geographical; the pace of life slows to that of an electric cart, a leisurely bicycle ride or just a walk. Fourteen miles of charming beaches ring the island, while a winding creek cuts through acres of marshland that border an expanse of pristine semi-tropical maritime forest.

The home is a elegantly furnished four bedroom, four bath ocean front home in the award-winning ocean-side community of Flora's Bluff/Killegray Ridge. This home sleeps up to 12 persons and is well equipped for families of all sizes. Roomy living areas, upper and lower porches and two master suites make this home ideal for family vacations.

Both the upper and lower deck have ocean vistas and the beach boardwalk access is right out the back door.
Common areas in the home are open and airy, with windows all around providing grand vistas from the kitchen, dining and living rooms.

The home has a completely equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, wood burning fireplace, three flat screen tv's, reliable wifi, central heat and air conditioning, phone, beach and bath towels and bed linens.
