Welcome to “Blue Haven” centrally located in Carolina Beach. Canal front & ONE block to beach! Featured on the show “Beach Bargain Hunters!” The view from the back porch is JAW-DROPPING. Sit at the bar top table or by the balcony bar and watch the dolphins & handsome sunset over the canal. Sip a beverage and appreciate the breeze! Just steps from public beach access. Located in between the North-end pier and the Carolina Beach Boardwalk.

As you enter the front door you step into the roomy, open-concept living room, dining room & kitchen. Just refreshed & professionally staged to make the best first impression. The condo features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and two balconies.

Primary Suite:
Brand new, premium king bed with plush linens & additional pillows & blankets. The en-suite bathroom has a walk-in shower and quality towels, soaps and toiletries for guest convenience. Equipped with a intelligent TV with plenty of streaming apps and modest balcony.

The 2nd bedroom has bespoke made, constructed in bunk beds with TWO queens and a twin bed up top making this an epic kids room! Equipped with a intelligent TV, books, games, and plenty of pillows and blankets for a fun kid or friend sleepover.

Roomy living room with plenty of seating for all. Dining room table can sit 6-7. More seating located at the bar.

Totally equipped kitchen with everything you need to feed a family or group of friends.

The front balcony looks over Canal street, just one block from the ocean. The back patio will be your favorite spot! The soft breeze and water vistas are impressive.

All basic home supplies, laundry
detergent, toiletries, and k-cup pods included.

The condo directly next-door is also available and can be booked together for multiple families.

Guests will have access to the entire 2 bedroom condo (unit #1). The dock is privately owned and should not be used by guests but guests have complimentary access to the gazebo.

We won’t be there in person but we have a local property manager and always have three sets of eyes on the app in case our guests need anything during their stay. Quick response time means so much to a guest’s experience so do all we can to answer or fix any needs, as fast as possible.

The ideal Carolina beach spot. Located in between the gorgeous canal waterway and the beach just two short blocks away. The Carolina Beach boardwalk is less than a mile away and the trendy “North-end Pier” just 3/4 mile away. Centrally located where the beach is less busy, but close enough for all the amenities Carolina Beach has to offer.

A car is suggested but not necessary. You can walk, rent bicycles, or a golf cart to zip around the island. All you need from grocery stores, eateries, nightlife, and stores are a quick drive or bicycle away.
