A Shore Place was named the winner of HGTV's 2024 BATTLE ON THE BEACH Renovation TV Show, which took place on OAK Island this year. Former guests will not recognize the 100% professionally "Hamptons'-style" remodeled home, both inside and out.

The king bedroom has a wall mounted TV and gorgeous master bathroom with a striking tile walk-in shower and double vanity sinks. Both queen bedrooms also have wall mounted TVs. The “Castle Bunkroom” offers two constructed in double beds with an adorable castle facade and multiple changing color wall mounted nautical lights to entertain the kids. There in a full-sized hall bathroom with a luxury tiled tub. The half bathroom is a hidden room, will you be able to find it?

The kitchen has been completely refreshed in the latest style with multiple-color stone surfaces, granite island that seats four, all stain-less steel appliances and even a pot filler over the brand- new electric stove with a great view of the ocean. There is a coffee station with a drip coffee maker as well as a Keurig. The refrigerator has an ice and water dispenser and there is a constructed-in dishwasher. The dining room has a enormous table, seating six, with breath taking vistas of the ocean.

Upon entering the living room, your eyes are drawn to the one- of- a-kind seashell fireplace constructed with Oak Island seashells gathered from your beach. Savor the beauty of multiple -colored flames from this electric fireplace. This room also offers two full size couches, huge flat screen TV and great vistas of the ocean. Guests are able to watch YouTube TV with over 80 channels, as well as a Netflix account supplied complimentary for guests, on all TVs in the home.

There are two outside decks that face the ocean. The covered deck offers a Polywood table and chairs, and constructed-in granite counters with a sink and storage area for outside oceanfront dining. The sizable open ocean front deck has constructed-in seating around a gas fire pit. There are five comfortable rocking chairs to rock your cares away while listening to the crashing waves. An outside enclosed shower with hot and cold water is supplied along with an open cold- water shower at beach level for those who wish to wash the sand away. Also available is a gas grille for family cookouts, and a lockable storage area where guests can secure personal items such as bicycles, fishing rods, beach gear and more.

Located in the Kings Lynn section of West Beach, one half mile to the Point and Lockwood Folly Inlet, within walking distance to Lonerider Brew Pub Restaurant. No public parking close by.

About the Area

Located in Oak Island, this vacation home is on the beach. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Holden Beach and Ocean Isle Beach. Bald Head Island Information Center and North Carolina Maritime Museum at Southport are also worth visiting. Scuba diving and fishing offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with cycling and horse riding nearby.
