This home is extremely well appointed and thoughtfully decorated. The enormous, entirely equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances and is completely supplied. It features pretty granite counters, a bespoke backsplash, and an upsized table with seating for ten. The open floor plan flows into the family room complete with a huge flat-screen intelligent TV and crystal-clear sound bar for you to appreciate your favorite music or show as you prepare up your latest catch of the day. The home is equipped with a plethora of windows providing all the natural light you would want to boost a great vacation vibe!

New Horizons has two King master suites- one on the second floor with extraordinary marsh vistas and the other on the first floor facing the ocean. Downstairs you will find two more sizable bedrooms connected to a Jack and Jill bathroom.

We know you want to relax without any stops at the store when you get to the island. To get you started we provide a welcome kit that includes trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher pod, washing machine pod, soaps, and shampoo/conditioner.

As you will find when selecting dates on the calendar, there are minimum stay requirements based on the season. There is a 7 nighttime minimum with a mandatory Saturday to Saturday rental pattern in the peak summer months, and there is more flexibility in the slower seasons.
