Located on a peaceful street just a short 3-min. walk from miles of sandy shoreline, this 2023 freshly constructed one level 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom getaway offers the ideal blend of comfort, convenience and coastal relaxation. An elevator and a private pool as well as all brand-new appliances and furnishings make this rental home inviting and unique.

As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a roomy and inviting interior, thoughtfully designed to accommodate your every need. The open-concept living area is furnished with coastal decor, creating a serene ambiance ideal for unwinding after a day in the sun. Gather around for comfortable evenings with adored ones, and sink into plush couches while appreciating your favorite shows on the flat-screen TV. High speed Wi-Fi is supplied to allow you to stream your favorite subscriptions.

The entirely equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, gas stove, and quartz counter tops. The optional pull-out extension constructed into the dining table accepts seating for 10 people. The dry bar sports an under the counter ice maker with a filtered water supply and a stand-alone drink cooler.

The private fenced-in salt water pool on the north side of the home will accommodate both sun-lovers and shade seekers. As you will find when selecting dates on the calendar, there are minimum stay requirements based on the season. There is a 7 nighttime minimum with a mandatory Saturday to Saturday rental pattern in the peak summer months, and there is more flexibility in the slower seasons.
