This floor is complete by a half bath and multiple doorways that lead out to the top-level balconies — ideal for catching the gorgeous Oak Island sunsets!

Heading downstairs to the lower level, you'll find the second primary suite with a plush king-size bed, sizable flatscreen TV, and a door with direct access to the first-floor balcony! The ensuite bathroom has a massive tiled walk-in shower and dual vanity. Down the hall, the third bedroom features a double bed, a twin-size bed, and a flatscreen TV. This bedroom is connected to the fourth bedroom by the shared Jack and Jill bathroom, which has a dual vanity and a tub/shower combination! We know you want to relax without stopping at the store when you get to the island. To get you started, we provide a welcome kit that includes trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, a dishwasher pod, a washing machine pod, dishwashing soap, hand soap at every sink, bath soap, and shampoo/conditioner.

As you will find when selecting dates on the calendar, there are minimum stay requirements based on the season. There is a 7 nighttime minimum with a mandatory Saturday to Saturday rental pattern in the peak summer months, and there is more flexibility in the slower seasons.
