Make the most of your time in Wilmington and go fishing with Marsh Magic Guide Service. With Captain Stirling at the helm, you’ll benefit from years of knowledge and experience.
Species like Cobia, Redfish, Black Seabass, Black Drum, Bluefish, Sheepshead, Speckled Trout, and more are in the cards, depending on when you go. During the trip you might be light tackle fishing, popping, bottom fishing, or maybe something more specialized in this area. Capt. Stirling also offers fly fishing, but you may need to bring your own fly gear.
If you’re traveling with the family, you will be glad to know that kids are welcome aboard! Children must wear life vests, so find out if the appropriate size is available on board. Don’t forget to bring snacks to maintain your energy throughout the trip!
Your fishing machine for the day is a 20’ Jones Brothers Cape Fisherman center console with space for 3 passengers. It comes with all the essentials. Your captain will provide rods and reels, along with lures. Live bait is included, but you should ask the captain whether you’ll be catching it yourself.
There’s no need to buy a fishing license, so all you have to do is show up ready for a good time! Some fish have special regulations, including when you can keep them. Simply ask and your captain can tell you more.
It’s always wise to bring sunglasses, and sunscreen (non-spray). There will be some drinks on offer, but let the captain know if you wish to bring your own. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, but you should avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.
Your trip with Marsh Magic Guide Service is just a click away, so why not make it happen?
