At end of the street is Waterway Park with dock on ICW for fishing and boat watching, also 2.5 miles from community boat ramp for boaters and fishermen. House is on double lot so there is PLENTY of space to park your boat or multiple cars.The CABIN - SOUTHERN CHARM - is a ranch - the 3 bedrooms have comfortable queen beds, and master has private bathroom.The living room is open to the kitchen with an eat-in area. The kitchen is completely outfitted for cooking . You are welcome to use any salt, pepper and spices you find in the cabinet and condiments from the refrigerator. Plenty of space to eat on the deck and you are welcome to use the grille for cooking.Owners DO NOT provide any towels, wash clothes or bed linens.
