Jump start your Holden Beach spring and summer vacation with this annual festival that provides plenty of good times along the shoreline. The Days at the Dock Festival is an unofficial kick-off to the prime visitor season, and features a wealth of arts and crafts, live music and entertainment, and fun and games for all ages that will make everyone in the family fall in love with the lively and engaging atmosphere of Holden Beach.
The event takes place under the Holden Beach bridge, and admission is free for anyone who wants to swing by and see what all the fuss is about. During the weekend long celebration, expect to find a variety of local arts and crafts vendors, as well as food vendors, and live music throughout the event to create a jubilant setting. There’s lots of activities scheduled during the Days at the Dock Festival, which includes hermit crab races, a Family Fun Run, a Cardboard Box Paddle Race, and a famous “Bopple race” which is held on Sunday. With so much to do and discover, expect to spend plenty of happy hours exploring all the activities and fun that the Days at the Dock Festival has to offer.
