Crystal South Surf Camp

Wrightsville Beach is well-known in North Carolina surfing circles, and new visitors can join in the fun with a lesson or camp at the homegrown Crystal South Surf Camp. Featuring a full array of lessons that’s suitable for boarders of all ages and skill levels, Crystal South Surf Camp can help locals and visitors alike learn to ride the waves, or polish their surfing abilities, in a fun and relaxed environment.

Crystal South Surf Camp has the distinction of being the oldest surf camp in Wrightsville Beach, and the center has been teaching students from all over the world since it was first established in 1996. The center is located on the southern edge of Wrightsville Beach, which makes is a fairly private launching point for a host of surfing adventures. Private and group lessons are offered throughout the year, and discounts are granted for extra family members who want to join in. In addition, and as the name would imply, the center offers a steady supply of summertime day camps that will have beginners riding the waves after just a few sessions. With professional instructors and time-tested methods, Crystal South Surf Camp will allow any and all vacationers to discover the inherent joys of surfing in Wrightsville Beach.
