Two TVs make sure your crew doesn’t fight over the remote, and the refreshed kitchenette is ready for action, with a full refrigerator, microwave & convection oven, two-burner cooktop, dishwasher, Keurig, and even an ice maker to keep your drinks chill. Pots, pans, and all the basics are included if you’re feeling chef-y. When you’re not chilling in your suite, the prime location has you covered! Get to stores, hit up killer local eats, or grab groceries if you’re into DIY dining. Once you park your ride in our convenient lot, you can forget it – this spot is all about exploring and unwinding. And if you need clean threads, there’s a guest laundry on the second floor. Dogs are welcome (max 2) with prior approval and a pet fee. Service animals are always welcome without charge. ONLY DOGS ARE ACCEPTED. The pet fee is $25/nighttime per pet and $200 per pet on stays 8 nights or longer, plus tax. A pet fee will be added after booking. No dogs are allowed without prior approval and payment of a non-returnable pet fee, per pet. Undisclosed dogs will incur a minimum $300 fine plus tax. Violation of our 2-pet max. policy will incur a minimum of $300 plus tax charge, per pet, plus the tenant will be in material breach of the lease, and grounds for eviction will apply. The pet must be removed from the premises immediately, and your reservation may be canceled with no refund given. All service animals and emotional support animals must be disclosed at the time of booking to allow the agent to collect records and documentation to support the request in accordance with all state and federal laws. A pet fee will NOT be charged for true Service Animals. Yes, leashed family pets are allowed on Wrightsville Beach, North Carolina from October 1–March 31, but not on the beach strand from April 1–September 30 Check out the loop with your pup: To help keep your pet hydrated, there are multiple dog-friendly water fountains located around the loop. ???? Important to Know: Security cameras in common areas, including the pool, are there to keep things safe. Reservations require a signed rental agreement within 48 hours of booking. You must be 25 years or older to rent this property. No pets are allowed on the beach strand from April 1 through September 30. Family Animals must be on a leash if on the beach strand from October 1 through March 31. Sea Scape requires that all reservations have a signed rental agreement that will be sent to you via text message after booking. Once you’ve booked your stay, you will have 48 hrs. to complete the rental agreement to confirm your stay. Sea Scape reserves the right to cancel your booking if the rental agreement is not finished within 48hrs. Booking a vacation rental can be stressful!
